🤔 Realised that your legal rights have been infringed, but you have yet to file a legal claim?

😔 Suffered losses due to the wrongdoings of others, and you have yet to be compensated for such losses?

⚠️ Do note that:
1. You have the right to take legal action
2. However, there is a time limit for such action to be taken.

According to Section 6 of the Limitation Act 1953, the general expiration period is 6 years from the date of which the cause if action has accrued.

This includes actions:
➡️ Founded on a contract or tort
➡️ To enforce an award
➡️ To recover any sum recoverable by virtue of any written law other than a penalty or forfeiture

It’s not uncommon for claims to be struck out by the Court due to exceeding the limitation period.

Hence, don’t postpone. Take action and claim your rights.
