The presence of a third person in the household is no longer a foreign issue that we often hear, especially among husband and wife. Even the third person factor also contributes to the cause of divorce which shows an increase every year.

Divorce applications are heard by the court if the age of marriage exceeds 3 years. If it is less than that period, permission must be obtained from the court with a valid reason.
