Ainnur Liyana binti Ya'akub

She obtained her LL.B, (Bachelor of Laws) degree from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) in year 2012 and was thereafter admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor in the High Court of Malaya in 2013. In 2015, she pursued her post-graduate executive diploma in Syariah Law from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UITM). Due to her relentless thirst for learning, she has also successfully completed her LL.M (Master of Laws) at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UITM) in 2019.

She is a fully qualified and licensed Syariah practitioner in Kuala Lumpur since 2016 as well as a fully qualified & licensed civil lawyer practising in Peninsular Malaysia.

Ms. Liyana believes that hard work, dedication and doing your best are the values and strength of a person.

She has been entrusted to advise clients and to draft legal and corporate documents for companies, enterprises and so forth. Her experience so far varies from handling civil litigation matters, property transactions, banking disputes, defamation cases, industrial court proceedings and Syariah matters.

 

Mohd Iznan Bin
Abdul Malik

Mohd Iznan Abdul Malik is a Partner at Liyana & Co office. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from International Islamic University of Malaysia in year 2012 and was thereafter admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor in the High Court of Malaya in 2013.

His main areas of practice are general litigation and criminal matters and he is experienced to deal with the High Court matters which involves General Litigation in the area of Contested Probate and Administration, Contract Disputes, Negligence Disputes and Defamation Disputes. He regularly handles criminal trials and appeals in various courts including the High Court, Court of Appeal and the Federal Court.

He has conducted numerous trials in High Courts. Mr. Iznan goes with the fearless motto of “Justice Shall Prevail”.

His years of experience enables him to practise in various aspects of the law. He brings with him a deep passion of criminal law and sound knowledge of criminal procedures in Malaysia.
